- Client Visits: Visit clients regularly to maintain valuable relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Client Issue Resolution: Understand client problems and coordinate with the concerned departments or technicians for timely resolution.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate with branch heads, technicians, and internal teams to ensure smooth service operations.
- Payment Collection: Follow up with clients for pending payments and ensure timely collection.
- Bill Submission: Submit invoices, service bills, and other required documents to clients on time.
- Follow-ups: Regularly follow up on service complaints, pending work, payments, and client requirements.
- Reporting: Maintain daily visit reports and provide updates on client meetings, collections,
and issue resolution to the reporting manager.
- Documentation: Maintain proper records of client visits, payment receipts, bill submissions, and other field activities.
