Role Description This is a full time, on-site Occupational Therapist role based in Bengaluru. The Occupational Therapist will assess children’s developmental, sensory, motor, and functional skills, and design individualized intervention plans aligned with family needs and clinical goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting therapy sessions, documenting progress, updating treatment plans, and collaborating closely with other clinicians and families. The role involves educating caregivers on strategies for home and school environments, contributing to multidisciplinary case discussions, and participating in regular team meetings and clinical reviews. The therapist is expected to uphold ethical and evidence-based practice, support a child-safe environment, and engage in ongoing professional learning.
Qualifications

- Clinical expertise in Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation, with the ability to design and implement individualized intervention plans.
- Foundational understanding of Pediatrics and child development,



including early intervention approaches.
- Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with children, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams, using strong verbal and written Communication skills.
- Relevant degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution; valid registration or licensure as required by local regulations.
- Experience working in pediatric or child development settings is preferred, especially in multidisciplinary clinics.
- Demonstrated commitment to ethical practice, family-centered care, and evidence-based interventions.
- Strong observational, documentation, and clinical reasoning skills, with the ability to manage caseloads and maintain accurate records.
- Openness to supervision, training, and continuous professional development within a collaborative team environment.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
