We are looking for energetic and communication-savvy Business Development Executives to join our team. If you are good at talking to people, convincing, and want to grow in IT Sales / Business Development - This role is for you

.ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Identify new business opportunities and generate leadsReach out to potential clients via LinkedIn,



Email & CallsUnderstand client requirements and explain our servicesSchedule meetings and follow up with prospectsMaintain client database and update in CRM / ExcelCoordinate with the technical team for proposalsAchieve monthly lead generation and sales targets

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:Any Degree - MBA / BBA / Any graduate with good communication preferred 0 to 3 Years of experience in Business Development / Inside Sales / Lead GenerationExcellent English Communication - Verbal & Written is MUSTConfidence to speak with clientsBasic knowledge of LinkedIn & MS Office / Google WorkspaceSelf-motivated and target-orientedFreshers with excellent communication skills are welcome - Training will be provided

SALARY DETAILS:For Freshers (Good Communication): Rs. 15,000 per monthFor Candidates with 0-3 Years Experience: Up to Rs. 20,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
