WE ARE HIRING | Electrical Quality Engineer / Quality Lead
Location: Ambad, Nashik, Maharashtra
Experience: 5–10 Years
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
We are looking for an experienced Electrical Quality Engineer / Quality Lead with hands-on experience in HT/MV & LT Electrical Panel Manufacturing, Assembly, Testing, and FAT.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Incoming electrical component inspection
✅ Electrical drawing, SLD & BOM verification
✅ Control wiring, wire harnessing, ferruling & crimping inspection
✅ Busbar, power connection & termination quality
✅ Electrical testing, troubleshooting & functional verification
✅ Pre-FAT inspection and customer Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT)
✅ NCR, CAPA & Root Cause Analysis
✅ Quality documentation and calibration management
✅ Ensuring compliance with applicable IS/IEC standards and customer specifications




Required Skills:
Robust knowledge of HT/LT electrical panels
Hands-on experience in electrical testing and FAT
Excellent drawing-reading and troubleshooting skills
Knowledge of control circuits, protection systems, wiring diagrams, and electrical quality processes
Experience in panel manufacturing companies preferred
