Experience: Minimum 5+ years in a managerial role

Qualification: Graduate or MBA

Preferred Industry: Retail, Telecom, Hospitality, Customer Service, or Salon Industry

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily salon operations including staff scheduling, inventory, and customer service
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve performance targets and maintain service standards
- Ensure salon hygiene, cleanliness, and compliance with safety regulations
- Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities to drive business growth
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints effectively
- Conduct team meetings and training sessions for continuous development
- Track and analyze performance metrics and share reports with management




- Stay updated with industry trends and implement new services and techniques Core Responsibilities
- Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve complaints
- Team management including motivation and conflict resolution
- Inventory management (retail and consumption)
- Achieve revenue targets and drive salon performance
- Maintain salon hygiene and upkeep
- Manage billing and basic accounting operations
- Optimize capacity, assets, and resources
- Focus on profitability and business growth
