# JOB DESCRIPTION – MAINTENANCE EXECUTIVE

**Location:** Alibaug, Maharashtra

**Salary:** ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month

**Qualification:** Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)

**Experience:** 2–5 Years

### Key Responsibilities

- Handle civil, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance work.

- Inspect company properties and ensure proper upkeep and timely repairs.

- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and technicians for maintenance activities.

- Monitor building infrastructure, fixtures, and equipment conditions.

- Maintain records of repairs, expenses, pending issues, and maintenance supplies.

- Handle urgent repair requirements and ensure timely resolution.

- Travel locally within Alibaug to company properties as required.

### Requirements





- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.

- 2–5 years of relevant maintenance experience, preferably in real estate, hospitality, or residential properties.

- Basic knowledge of civil works, electrical systems, plumbing, and building maintenance.

- Ability to coordinate with vendors and work independently.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets for maintenance records.

- **Fluency in Marathi and Hindi is mandatory.**

- Willingness to travel locally within Alibaug.

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹49,000.00 per month
