Reports To: F&B; Service Supervisor / Restaurant Manager
Job Summary:
Responsible for delivering excellent guest service, maintaining restaurant service standards, and ensuring smooth day-to-day F&B; operations in accordance with hotel standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Attend to guests, take orders, and ensure prompt and courteous service.
Maintain restaurant setup, table arrangements, and service stations.
Ensure menu knowledge and coordinate with the Kitchen for timely food service.
Maintain personal grooming, hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards.
Assist in billing, stock control, and minimizing wastage.
Support junior team members and ensure compliance with departmental SOPs.
Handle guest feedback professionally and ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualification & Experience:
Diploma or degree in Hotel Management preferred.
2–4 years of relevant experience in F&B; Service.
Valuable communication, teamwork, and guest-handling skills.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
