Job description

GD Goenka Public School, Hapur Road, is hiring a Housekeeping Supervisor to manage daily cleaning operations and maintain high standards of hygiene across the campus. The role requires a hands-on supervisor who can guide the team, inspect work regularly, and resolve issues promptly.

Responsibilities

- Assign duties and supervise the housekeeping team each day.
- Inspect classrooms, washrooms, corridors, offices, activity areas, and outdoor spaces.
- Ensure washrooms are cleaned and restocked throughout the school day.
- Maintain cleaning schedules, inspection checklists, and supply records.
- Monitor staff attendance, performance, and adherence to safety procedures.




- Coordinate additional cleaning for school events and activities.
- Report maintenance or hygiene concerns to the administration promptly.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience supervising a housekeeping team.
- Experience in a school, hospital, hotel, or large facility is preferred.
- Ability to manage staff, maintain basic records, and work independently.
- Strong attention to cleanliness, punctuality, and safe practices around children.
