We are looking for an experienced kitchen supervisor to oversee daily kitchen operations and food packaging.
Experience: 2–3 years
Salary: ₹30,000–₹50,000 per month, based on experience
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily kitchen operations and coordinate kitchen staff.
- Ensure food quality, hygiene, and timely preparation.
- Oversee food packaging, checking portion sizes, presentation, order accuracy, and secure packing.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards.
- Monitor stock levels and help reduce food wastage.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of relevant kitchen experience.
- Strong team management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage a busy kitchen and packaging operations efficiently.
