Designation - Sales/Purchase Officer - Nutraceutical

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive Sales & Purchase Executive with experience in the nutraceutical industry, including finished product sales, procurement, supplier development, and customer coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle the purchase and sale of nutraceutical finished products and formulation-based products.
- Identify and develop relationships with nutraceutical manufacturers, suppliers, and customers.
- Understand product formulations, ingredients, specifications, and market requirements.
- Coordinate with customers and suppliers for quotations, pricing, orders, delivery schedules, and payment follow-ups.
- Negotiate commercial terms to ensure competitive pricing and timely procurement.
- Maintain supplier databases, sales records, purchase orders, and market intelligence.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product availability, quality compliance, and timely dispatch.

Requirements:

- 3–5 years of experience in sales, purchase, or business development in the nutraceutical industry.
- Valuable knowledge of nutraceutical formulations, finished products, ingredients, and supplier networks.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to develop new customers, suppliers, and business opportunities.

Preferred: Experience in B2B sales, contract manufacturing, and nutraceutical product development.
