Job Title: Assistant Security Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible, alert, and disciplined Assistant Security Officer to support the hospital's security operations and ensure the safety of patients, visitors, employees, and hospital property. The candidate will assist the Security Officer in supervising security personnel, maintaining discipline, monitoring hospital premises, and implementing security procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Security Officer in managing daily security operations across the hospital premises.
- Supervise security guards and ensure proper deployment at designated locations.
- Monitor entry and exit points of patients, visitors, employees, and vehicles.
- Ensure the safety and security of patients, staff, visitors, and hospital property.
- Conduct regular security rounds and monitor sensitive areas.
- Maintain security registers, visitor logs, incident reports, and other relevant records.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, security incidents, and crowd-control situations.
- Coordinate with hospital departments, administration, and emergency response teams when required.
- Ensure compliance with hospital security policies and procedures.
- Monitor CCTV surveillance and report suspicious activities to the concerned authorities.
- Assist in fire safety, emergency evacuation,



and disaster management activities.
- Maintain discipline and ensure professional conduct among security personnel.
- Report security-related issues, incidents, and irregularities to the Security Officer or hospital management.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 12th Pass; any degree is preferred.
- Previous experience in security operations, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Basic knowledge of security procedures, emergency response, and fire safety.
- Good communication, leadership, and supervisory skills.

Experience:

- 2–5 years of experience in security operations preferred.
- Experience supervising security guards in a hospital, educational institution, or large organization will be an added advantage.

Salary:

- As per hospital norms (based on experience and qualifications).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
