AIW is looking for knowledgeable and passionate programming educators to create high-quality recorded lectures for B.Tech students. Our goal is to make technical subjects easy to understand through structured explanations, practical coding demonstrations, and exam-oriented teaching.
If you enjoy teaching programming and can explain complex concepts in a simple, engaging way, this prospect is for you.
Subjects Available
Candidates can apply to teach one or more of the following:
- Programming in C
- Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA)
- Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs) in C++
You do not need to teach all three subjects. Strong command over at least one subject is sufficient.
Key Responsibilities
- Record structured, concept-focused video lectures for B.Tech students.
- Explain programming concepts with step-by-step examples and live coding demonstrations.
- Cover the relevant syllabus systematically, from fundamentals to advanced topics.
- Demonstrate code execution, debugging, and problem-solving techniques.
- Create clear explanations of important university exam questions and practical programming problems.
- Follow the provided lecture plan and syllabus requirements.
- Maintain good audio quality, screen readability, and a professional teaching presentation.
- Incorporate reasonable feedback to improve lecture quality.
Required Skills
- Solid command of C Programming, Data Structures, or OOPs in C++.
- Excellent conceptual clarity and the ability to explain topics simply.
- Confidence in explaining code while recording.
- Ability to use a laptop or desktop for screen recording and coding demonstrations.
- Explicit audio and a quiet recording environment.
- Consistency, subject accuracy, and commitment to agreed deadlines.
Prior experience recording educational videos is an advantage, but freshers with strong subject knowledge are encouraged to apply.
Compensation
- ₹300–₹350 per hour, depending on expertise and the quality of the demo.
