Seeking a Specialist with 5 to 7 years of experience and strong expertise in DBT to design and implement efficient data transformation solutions
Job Description
Design and develop data transformation workflows using DBT to support business requirements Build scalable and maintainable data models and pipelines aligned with organizational goals Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate DBT solutions into existing data platforms Ensure data quality integrity and performance throughout the data lifecycle Stay current with DBT features and best practices to enhance data engineering processes Assist in evaluating and adopting new tools and technologies related to DBT and data transformation Support continuous improvement initiatives for DBT adoption within the team
Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and maintain endtoend DBTbased data transformation projects
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices for DBT development
Identify and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks in data transformation workflows
Coordinate with data architects and platform teams for seamless integration of DBT workflows
Monitor and maintain data transformation pipelines to ensure reliability and scalability
Participate in knowledge sharing sessions and training programs on DBT for team members
