WritingJob Description: Sales Executive – Life Insurance

Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to promote life insurance products, generate leads, build robust customer relationships, and achieve assigned sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, along with an interest in sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate leads through prospecting, referrals, networking, and other sales activities.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable life insurance products, including protection, savings, and retirement plans.
- Explain product features, benefits, policy terms, and premium details to prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to convert inquiries into sales.
- Assist customers with application forms, documentation, and policy-related procedures.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely support throughout the sales process.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions,



and sales activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, insurance regulations, and ethical sales practices.

Key Objective:

To drive life insurance sales by understanding customer requirements, recommending appropriate insurance solutions, maintaining long-term customer relationships, and consistently achieving assigned business targets while adhering to compliance standards.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
