RK Logical is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell our ERP, accounting, inventory management, and billing software solutions to businesses across various industries.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, understanding their business requirements, explaining suitable software solutions, conducting product demonstrations, following up with prospects, and closing sales.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in sales, customer relationship management, and business software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and sell ERP, accounting, GST billing, inventory management, and business software solutions.
- Identify potential customers among retail stores, supermarkets, wholesalers, distributors, manufacturers, and other businesses.
- Generate leads through phone calls, online enquiries, referrals, and direct customer visits.
- Contact prospective customers to understand their business requirements and recommend suitable software.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and subscription or licensing options.
- Arrange and conduct software demonstrations for prospective customers.
- Follow up with leads, prepare quotations, negotiate pricing within company guidelines, and close sales.
- Maintain solid relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Coordinate with the technical and customer support teams to ensure a smooth customer onboarding process.
- Maintain daily sales reports, lead records, follow-up schedules, and customer information.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company's business growth.
- Stay updated on software features, market trends,



and competitor offerings.

Required Skills

- Good verbal communication and customer interaction skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Interest in software sales, business development, and technology products.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or Google Sheets.
- Good follow-up skills and the ability to manage multiple leads.
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented attitude.
- Willingness to visit customers when required.

Eligibility Criteria

- Any degree or diploma is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills and an interest in sales are welcome.
- Experience in software sales, B2B sales, telecalling, or business development is an advantage.
- Knowledge of accounting, GST, ERP, or billing software is an added advantage.
- Candidates should be willing to learn software products and understand business requirements.
