About the Role

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and detail-oriented Social Media Executive to manage the social media presence of our businesses and manage few clients.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable creating engaging social media content, editing short-form videos, designing basic creatives, and maintaining a consistent posting schedule across platforms. This role requires someone who can understand two different industries—professional financial services and fitness—and create relevant content for both.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

- Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant social media platforms.
- Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar for both businesses.
- Schedule and publish posts, Reels, Stories, and other content.
- Write engaging captions, headlines, and relevant hashtags.
- Monitor comments and direct messages and respond professionally.
- Track basic performance metrics, including reach, engagement, followers, and enquiries.

2. Content Creation

- Develop creative content ideas for tax consultancy and fitness-related topics.
- Create educational posts, promotional creatives, carousels, and Stories.
- Research trending topics, audio, formats, and content ideas relevant to both industries.
- Help create content around tax updates, GST, ITR filing, gym workouts, fitness tips, memberships, and promotions.
- Coordinate with the team to collect information, photos, videos, and updates required for content.

3. Basic Video Editing & Graphic Design

- Edit Instagram Reels, short videos, and promotional clips.
- Add subtitles, text overlays, transitions, music, and basic effects.
- Design social media creatives using Canva or similar tools.
- Resize and adapt content for different social media platforms.
- Maintain consistent branding, fonts, colours, and visual style for both businesses.

4. Content Shooting & Coordination





- Record basic videos and photos at the office and gym using a smartphone.
- Capture workout clips, exercise demonstrations, trainer interactions, office activities, and other relevant footage.
- Coordinate with team members for content shoots and promotional campaigns.
- Organise raw footage and maintain a library of reusable content.

5. Growth & Reporting

- Stay updated with social media trends and platform features.
- Suggest ideas to improve reach, engagement, and enquiries.
- Monitor competitor content and identify opportunities.
- Prepare a simple monthly performance report.
- Help generate relevant enquiries for tax consultancy services and gym memberships through organic social media content.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Hands-on experience with Canva and video-editing tools such as CapCut, VN, InShot, or similar applications.
- Valuable understanding of Reels, Stories, carousels, and short-form video content.
- Basic copywriting skills in English and Hindi.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and good visual sense.
- Good communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to work independently and meet content deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- Graduate or undergraduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Prior experience managing social media pages for a business, gym, agency, or professional services firm.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, social media analytics, and content strategy.
- A portfolio of previously created posts, Reels, or videos will be an advantage.

Key Expectations

- Maintain a consistent posting schedule for both businesses.
- Deliver quality content within agreed timelines.
- Ensure all tax-related content is checked and approved before publication.
- Maintain a professional brand image and a distinct content style for each business.
- Take ownership of day-to-day social media activities and proactively suggest new ideas.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
