We are looking for a US Recruiter to manage the recruitment process for various job openings across the United States.
Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Review resumes and screen candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial screening calls and check candidate availability.
- Coordinate interviews with clients and candidates.
- Submit qualified candidates to clients.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and job offers.
Requirements:
- Experience in US recruitment is preferred.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of US job portals and recruitment processes.
