Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and self-motivated Fresher Electrical Engineer to join our team at Thane. The ideal candidate must hold a degree in Electrical Engineering, possess robust communication skills, and have a proactive attitude toward learning and working. Candidates holding an MBA degree alongside their engineering background will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the engineering and technical teams in day-to-day electrical project planning, coordination, and execution.
- Support project documentation, site updates, vendor coordination, and client communication.
- Assist in reviewing electrical drawings, technical specifications, and bill of quantities (BOQ).
- Participate in cross-functional coordination between engineering, procurement, and management teams.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and safety guidelines.

Candidate Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: B.E.



/ B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (Mandatory).
- Added Advantage: MBA / PGDM in related fields.
- Experience: Fresher (0 to 1 year).
- Availability: Immediate Joiner preferred.
- Skills Required:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional personality and strong interpersonal skills.
- Good basic knowledge of electrical systems and engineering fundamentals.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- High willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a dynamic team environment.
