We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team at Ozone Overseas Consultants, Kochi.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
- Post job openings on job portals such as Indeed and LinkedIn.
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and coordinate interview schedules.
- Communicate with candidates and follow up throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or MBA in HR or a related field.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and job portals.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Freshers with a strong interest in recruitment may also apply.
