Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager with strong hands-on experience in Indian and International Finance. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of financial operations, taxation, payments, compliance, and accounting, along with exposure to international finance across one or more regions such as US, UK, Africa, Australia, or Singapore.

Candidates with experience handling international financial operations and working with global stakeholders will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day financial and accounting operations for Indian and international business activities.
- Handle financial audits, reconciliations, reporting, and compliance activities.
- Manage payments, TDS calculations, GST payments, and related statutory requirements.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions and payments.
- Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, banks, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Support preparation and review of financial reports and management information.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Indian accounting and taxation regulations.
- Handle finance-related activities for international operations and coordinate with overseas stakeholders.
- Review financial data and identify discrepancies, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management, and other finance activities as required.




- Ensure accurate documentation and maintenance of financial records.
- Assist in improving finance processes, controls, and operational efficiency.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Indian Finance & Accounting
- Hands-on experience in International Finance
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, payments, audits, and statutory compliance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of financial reporting and reconciliations
- Strong Excel and financial analysis skills
- Ability to work with international stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid attention to detail

International Finance Exposure

Experience working with any one or more of the following regions will be an added advantage:

US | UK | Africa | Australia | Singapore

Education & Experience

- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / Accounting / Commerce or a relevant discipline.
- 8–10 years of relevant finance experience.
- MBA in Finance or a relevant specialization will be an added advantage.
- Candidates must have hands-on experience in both Indian and International Finance.
- Experience managing international financial operations is highly preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who has progressed beyond purely transactional accounting and has robust practical exposure to finance operations, compliance, audits, payments, taxation, and international finance.

Candidates with experience in US, UK, Africa, Australia, or Singapore finance operations will be preferred.

Salary: ₹15–20 LPA, depending on experience and suitability.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
