We are looking for an analytical and proactive Industrial Engineer to improve production efficiency, optimize manufacturing processes, and support manpower and productivity planning at our manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Study existing production processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Conduct basic time and motion studies.
- Assist in manpower planning and resource utilization.
- Analyze production data and productivity using MS Excel.
- Support process improvement and manufacturing efficiency initiatives.
- Coordinate with production teams to improve workflow and reduce process delays.
- Apply fabrication process knowledge to support production planning and optimization.
- Monitor productivity and assist in preparing performance reports.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Industrial Engineering and manufacturing processes.
- Understanding of time and motion study.
- Knowledge of fabrication processes.
- Manpower planning and productivity analysis.
- Good MS Excel and data-handling skills.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Eligibility
- B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
- 1–2 years of relevant industrial or manufacturing experience.
- Candidates with exposure to fabrication and production processes are preferred.
