AI Video Director & Creative Producer

About the Role

We’re looking for a creative, hands-on AI Video Director & Creative Producer to lead video projects from concept to final delivery. You’ll combine storytelling, visual direction, AI content generation, editing, and production coordination to create brand films, product promotions, social media videos, and original short-form stories, including vertical and episodic content.

Responsibilities

- Turn business objectives and briefs into video concepts, scripts, storyboards, mood boards, and shot lists
- Define each project’s visual style, pacing, camera language, lighting, and sound direction
- Build strong hooks, emotional story arcs, and effective endings; develop original characters and episode structures for serialized content
- Generate and refine images, video, voiceovers, and supporting assets using AI tools
- Write detailed prompts for characters, environments, movement, expressions, and camera actionsMaintain character, product, and visual consistency across shots; spot and fix unnatural motion, artifacts, and continuity errors
- Choose the right tools and workflows for each project’s quality, timeline, and budget
- Edit footage into polished videos with music, sound effects, voiceovers, subtitles, transitions, motion graphics, and colour correction
- Export in the required aspect ratios, resolutions, and platform formats
- Check product accuracy, branding, and spelling before delivery
- Own schedules, review rounds, and final delivery; coordinate with writers, designers, editors, and voice artists
- Present concepts and drafts to internal teams or clients, and turn feedback into clear revisions
- Track production costs and AI credit usage; keep project files, prompts, and assets organised
- Build reusable prompt libraries, templates,



and workflows; use only licensed music and authorised voices or likenesses

Requirements

- Strong portfolio showing video storytelling, creative direction, and editing
- Practical experience producing AI-generated videos from concept to finished output
- Understanding of composition, cinematography, continuity, pacing, and sound design
- Hands-on experience with AI video tools such as Runway, Kling, Pika, Luma, or Google Flow
- Familiarity with AI image and voice tools such as Midjourney, Secure Diffusion/ComfyUI, or ElevenLabs
- Proficiency in at least one editor: Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut
- Ability to critically evaluate AI outputs and solve visual or production problems
- Strong communication, organisation, and deadline management
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team

You don’t need experience with every tool listed. A strong portfolio and a reliable production workflow matter most.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience creating ads, product videos, branded content, or short films
- Interest in vertical dramas, micro-series, and episodic storytelling
- Motion graphics, compositing, or basic animation skills
- Telugu content experience (Hindi and English are an added advantage)
- Qualification in filmmaking, animation, design, or media is welcome, but strong practical work is equally valued

- Characters, products, and branding stay consistent
- Feedback is incorporated accurately with fewer avoidable revisions
- Files and assets are organised for easy handover and reuse
