Job Summary

Neeraj Communication is looking for a proactive and responsible Relationship Manager – E-commerce Platform to manage client interactions, collect product details and material enquiries, coordinate inventory collection and transportation to the warehouse, and handle e-commerce platform-related activities. The role primarily involves fieldwork and requires strong communication, coordination, and client-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Client Relationship Management: Visit clients at their locations, maintain professional relationships, and ensure smooth communication.
- Product Details & Enquiry Collection: Collect product information, specifications, pricing details, and material enquiries from clients.
- Inventory Collection: Coordinate the collection of available inventory and ensure that the products/materials are properly documented.
- Warehouse Coordination: Arrange transportation of collected inventory to the designated warehouse and ensure timely delivery.
- E-commerce Platform Management: Handle relevant e-commerce platform activities, including product-related information, inventory updates, and coordination as required.
- Field Operations: Regularly visit clients, suppliers, and other relevant locations to complete assigned tasks.
- Reporting & Documentation:



Maintain accurate records of client visits, material enquiries, inventory collection, transportation, and daily work updates.
- Coordination: Work closely with the warehouse and internal teams to ensure efficient inventory movement and timely task completion.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Educational Qualification: Must be a graduate in any discipline.
- Location Preference: Candidates must preferably be from Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir.
- Communication Skills: Good verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Fieldwork Readiness: Willingness and ability to travel regularly for client visits and inventory collection.
- E-commerce Knowledge: Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and inventory management is preferred.
- Coordination Skills: Ability to manage client enquiries, inventory movement, and warehouse coordination efficiently.
- Personal Attributes: Responsible, proactive, punctual, organized, and target-oriented.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be comfortable with field-based responsibilities, client visits, product and material collection, and warehouse coordination. The candidate must be capable of handling e-commerce platform activities while maintaining proper documentation and professional client relationships.
