Gold Loan Executive

Role overview:

We’re looking for a customer-focused Gold Loan Executive to assist

customers with gold loan enquiries and applications, explain loan

terms, and support them throughout the loan process.

Key responsibilities:

- Meet prospective customers and understand their loan

requirements.

- Explain gold loan products, eligibility, interest rates, charges,

and repayment options.

- Guide customers through the application process and collect

required documents.

- Coordinate gold appraisal and verification in line with company

procedures.

- Follow up on applications and keep customers informed about

their status.

- Support repayments, renewals, and customer queries.
- Build relationships with customers and work toward assigned

business targets.

- Maintain accurate customer and sales records while following





company policies.

Preferred skills:

- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Experience in gold loans, banking, or finance.
- Ability to explain loan terms clearly and follow up with

customers.

- Basic computer and record-keeping skills.

Eligibility:

MBA or undergraduate degree in any discipline, with at least 6

months of experience in gold loans, banking, or finance.

Salary: ₹20,000–₹30,000 per month, with performance-based

incentives.

Gender: Male and female

Location: Coimbatore

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
