As a GeM (Government e-Marketplace) Executive you will manage all government-facing e-commerce operations, product catalog listings, institutional sales, and tender bidding processes.

- Register and verify the company profile, brand authorizations, OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) panels, and statutory compliance documents on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM)
- Catalog & SKU Management:
- Create, upload, and regularly update product listings for personal care, cosmetics, and household cleaning supplies (including SKU codes, packaging variants, MRP, HSN codes, and lab-test or safety compliance certificates).
- Tender & Bid Participation:
- Track daily government tenders, institutional requirements, L1 comparison reports, direct purchase (DP) links,



and custom or bunch bids relevant to FMCG and institutional hygiene goods.
- Prepare technical and financial bid documents, EMD (Earnest Money Deposit) details, and compliance sheets.
- Pricing & Reverse Auctions:
- Coordinate with internal sales, finance, and management teams to design competitive pricing models and participate in live reverse auctions.
- Order Fulfillment & Logistics:
- Track awarded government contracts, coordinate dispatch with supply chain/logistics teams, ensure timely delivery, and manage invoice processing or payment follow-up

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
