About the Role

Dash Media Solutions is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Media Buyer to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in media buying, budget management, audience targeting, and campaign optimization to drive quality leads, conversions, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Develop effective media buying strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage and optimize advertising budgets to maximize ROI and ROAS.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and market research.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics, including CPC, CPM, CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
- Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality, conversions, and overall performance.
- Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking, pixels, and campaign analytics.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and marketing teams to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Stay updated with advertising trends,



platform algorithm changes, and industry best practices.

Required Skills

- 3–4 years of hands-on experience in media buying and paid advertising.
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Proven experience managing advertising budgets and optimizing campaign performance.
- Excellent understanding of audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and conversion optimization.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), tracking pixels, and conversion measurement.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deliver performance-driven results.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Candidates with a proven track record of successful paid advertising campaigns will be preferred.
