We are looking for an experienced and hands-on AI Agent Engineer / Full-Stack AI Developer to join our engineering team in Mohali.

You will design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI agents and automation workflows for an enterprise Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platform.

We need someone with strong Python programming skills, practical experience building LLM-based and Agentic AI applications, and the ability to develop complete solutions using React, REST APIs, and AWS.

This is a hands-on development role. We are looking for engineers who have built real AI applications, not just experimented with ChatGPT APIs or basic AI chatbots.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI agents using Python and Agentic AI frameworks.
- Build multi-step AI workflows involving tool calling, context management, reasoning, and human-in-the-loop approvals.
- Integrate LLMs with internal databases, enterprise systems, and external APIs.
- Develop scalable backend services using Python, FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Build interactive web applications and dashboards using React.js.
- Work with AWS services, preferably Amazon Bedrock and Bedrock AgentCore.
- Implement secure REST APIs, authentication, authorization, and asynchronous processing.
- Develop reliable AI workflows with error handling, logging, testing, and monitoring.
- Participate in Agile development, code reviews, sprint planning, and CI/CD processes.
- Independently troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain production applications.

Required Skills and Experience

Python Development

- 4–5 years of professional Python development experience.
- Solid knowledge of backend architecture, REST APIs, asynchronous processing,



and third-party integrations.

Agentic AI and LLM Development

- 1–2 years of hands-on experience building AI-powered applications.
- Practical experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar frameworks.
- Experience with tool/function calling, prompt engineering, multi-step workflows, and context management.
- Integration experience with LLMs such as OpenAI, Claude, or Amazon Bedrock.
- Understanding of AI agent reliability, workflow orchestration, and human-in-the-loop systems.

React.js

- 2–3 years of React.js development experience.
- Ability to build modern user interfaces and integrate frontend applications with backend APIs.

API Development

- 3–5 years of experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs.
- Knowledge of API security, authentication, and authorization.

AWS and DevOps

- Familiarity with AWS services and cloud deployment.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and production deployments.
- Understanding of Docker, microservices, and application monitoring is an advantage.

Agile Development

- 2–3 years of experience working with Jira and Agile development processes.
- Experience managing stories, tasks, bugs, and sprint deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Amazon Bedrock and Amazon Bedrock AgentCore.
- Experience building production-ready autonomous or semi-autonomous AI agents.
- Knowledge of RAG, vector databases, and AI evaluation.
- Experience with enterprise SaaS applications.
- Understanding of GRC, regulatory compliance, risk management, or workflow automation.
- Experience with secure cloud architecture and enterprise integrations.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
