Online Bidding Executive – IT Services

Job Description

We are looking for an Online Bidding Executive to generate business opportunities for our IT and digital marketing services through freelancing platforms and online marketplaces. The role involves identifying relevant projects, preparing customized proposals, communicating with potential clients, and converting project enquiries into business opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

- Find relevant projects on Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, PeoplePerHour, and other online bidding platforms.
- Identify projects related to website development, software development, e-commerce, SEO, Google Ads, and digital marketing.
- Prepare personalized proposals based on client requirements, project scope, and budget.
- Submit bids regularly and follow up with prospective clients.
- Communicate with clients through platform messaging, emails, and online meetings.
- Understand project requirements and coordinate with internal teams to prepare suitable solutions and estimates.
- Negotiate pricing, timelines, and project deliverables to support deal closure.
- Maintain bidding records, proposal status, client conversations, and follow-ups.




- Track bidding performance and work toward monthly business development targets.

Experience

Minimum 1 year of experience in online bidding, freelancing platforms, IT sales, or business development preferred.
