Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Data Analytics Mentor to guide interns through practical training sessions, hands-on projects, and real-world data analytics tasks. The mentor will be responsible for interacting with interns, clarifying their doubts, providing technical guidance, and helping them successfully complete their projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct interactive online practical sessions for Data Analytics interns.
- Mentor and guide interns throughout their training and project work.
- Assist interns in completing real-time and industry-oriented projects.
- Provide hands-on guidance in data analysis, data visualization, and reporting.
- Help interns understand project requirements, data preparation, analysis, and interpretation.
- Support interns in working with tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and Python.
- Review interns’ project work, provide constructive feedback, and suggest improvements.
- Clarify technical doubts and provide solutions to practical challenges.
- Monitor interns’ progress and ensure timely completion of assigned projects.
- Conduct regular interaction sessions to evaluate learning outcomes and project progress.
- Encourage problem-solving, analytical thinking, and industry best practices.
- Maintain proper records of intern attendance, progress, and project completion.

Required Skills





- Strong knowledge of Data Analytics concepts and methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with Excel, SQL, and Power BI or Tableau.
- Knowledge of Python for data analysis is an added advantage.
- Experience in data cleaning, data visualization, dashboard development, and reporting.
- Good communication and mentoring skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.
- Strong problem-solving and project-guidance skills.
- Ability to conduct online sessions and manage interns remotely.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field.
- Relevant industry experience in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence is preferred.
- Previous experience in mentoring, training, or guiding interns will be an advantage.
- Candidates with strong practical knowledge and project experience are encouraged to apply.
