Position: Golang Developer
Job Type: Contract-to-Hire (C2H)

Employment Conversion: Permanent after 6 months

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Golang Developer with strong hands-on experience in Golang development. The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience specifically in Golang and should be comfortable working on backend applications, APIs, and scalable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend applications using Golang.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and reusable Go code.
- Work with concurrency, goroutines, channels, and Go routines to build high-performance applications.
- Design and develop microservices-based applications using Golang.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, QA, and other technical teams.
- Participate in code reviews and follow software development best practices.




- Work with databases and external systems as required.
- Contribute to application testing, deployment, and production support activities.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Golang development.
- Solid proficiency in Golang / Go programming.
- Strong understanding of Go concurrency, goroutines, channels, and error handling.
- Experience developing REST APIs and backend services.
- Experience with microservices architecture.
- Good understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Experience with databases such as SQL/NoSQL.
- Familiarity with Git and software development/version-control practices.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.

Good to Have

- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure/GCP.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with messaging systems such as Kafka/RabbitMQ.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
