We are hiring a Business Development Manager (BDM) with 2-5+ years of experience. Candidates with good communication, coordination, leadership, and customer-handling skills are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Manage business development and sales activities for interior projects.
- Generate new leads and develop client relationships.
- Understand customer requirements and guide them on suitable interior solutions.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers and project teams.
- Review proposals, quotations and project requirements.
- Guide the sales team in lead follow-up and deal closure.
- Maintain key client relationships and develop new business opportunities.
Requirements
- DCE / DME / B.E. Civil / B.E. Mechanical.
- 2–5+ years of experience in Sales / Business Development.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong willingness to learn sales and business development.
- Basic negotiation and customer-handling skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving licence.
- Tamil-speaking candidates are preferred.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month, depending on skills and interview performance.
