Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented QMS Executive to maintain quality management system documentation, support internal and external audits, monitor corrective and preventive actions, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, maintain, and control QMS documentation, including procedures, work instructions, formats, and records.
- Maintain document registers, revision history, and document distribution records.
- Assist in conducting internal audits and coordinate with departments for audit preparation and compliance.
- Support external audits, customer audits, and certification audits.
- Track Non-Conformities (NCs), Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and follow up on their timely closure.
- Monitor audit observations and ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure adherence to QMS procedures and quality standards.
- Maintain quality records, audit reports, and other documentation required for ISO 9001 compliance.




- Assist in preparing Management Review Meeting (MRM) inputs, reports, and follow-up actions.
- Support employee awareness and training activities related to QMS procedures and quality requirements.
- Monitor implementation of quality system requirements and identify opportunities for improvement.

Educational Qualification

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management System requirements.
- Understanding of QMS documentation and document control.
- Knowledge of internal audits, non-conformities, and CAPA tracking.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Preferred Candidate

- 1–3 years of experience in QMS, Quality Assurance, or Quality Documentation, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering company.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 audit procedures and quality documentation practices.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
