We are looking for a creative and organized Content Producer to manage social media content for multiple business clients. The ideal candidate should be able to understand different businesses, develop engaging content ideas, coordinate shoots, work closely with the cameraman and editor, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.
Key Responsibilities
* Understand each client’s business, products, and target audience.
* Research competitors and social media trends.
* Prepare monthly content plans and content calendars.
* Develop creative Reel, YouTube Shorts, and social media video ideas.
* Write simple scripts, hooks, and captions.
* Plan and coordinate video shoots.
* Guide the cameraman on required shots and angles.
* Coordinate with editors to achieve the desired output.
* Review videos before client approval and publishing.
* Maintain content schedules and ensure deadlines are met.
* Present new marketing ideas during internal team meetings.
Required Skills
* Excellent creativity and storytelling skills.
* Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and current social media trends.
* Ability to think from a marketing perspective, not just a creative perspective.
* Robust communication skills in Tamil.
* Basic English communication is preferred.
* Good organizational and time-management skills.
* Ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
* 1–3 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, media, or advertising.
* Experience writing scripts for Reels and Shorts.
* Basic knowledge of Canva is an advantage.
* Basic understanding of Meta and YouTube platforms is a plus.
