- Perform routine maintenance, inspection, and repair of industrial machinery and equipment.
- Identify and troubleshoot mechanical faults, equipment breakdowns, and operational issues.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure smooth production operations.
- Inspect machine components, bearings, motors, belts, pumps, valves, and other mechanical parts.
- Assist in the installation, alignment, assembly, and commissioning of recent machinery and equipment.
- Perform basic electrical and mechanical troubleshooting within the scope of training and authorization.
- Ensure timely repair of machinery to minimize production downtime.
- Maintain maintenance records, breakdown reports, and preventive maintenance checklists.
- Follow safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) while performing maintenance work.




- Maintain tools, equipment, and the maintenance work area in proper condition.
- Coordinate with the production team to identify maintenance requirements and resolve equipment issues.
- Report major breakdowns, recurring faults, and spare-parts requirements to the Maintenance Supervisor.
- Follow company policies, workplace safety standards, and instructions given by the management.
- Perform other maintenance-related duties assigned by the management.
