Job Overview

VERQON CORP BUSINESS SOLUTIONS is hiring Customer Support Executives for its inbound voice process in Bhopal.

We welcome freshers who have good communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and a willingness to learn. Candidates with previous experience in customer service, BPO, or call centre operations may also apply.

This role primarily involves handling incoming customer calls, understanding customer concerns, providing accurate information, and maintaining professional service standards.

This is an inbound customer support role. It is not a field-sales position. Any additional sales or outbound responsibilities, if applicable, will be communicated clearly during the interview.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming customer calls professionally and courteously.
- Understand customer queries and provide accurate information according to the process guidelines.
- Resolve customer concerns within the permitted scope and escalate complex issues when required.
- Maintain clear communication, active listening, and appropriate call-handling etiquette.
- Record customer interactions and update relevant information in the CRM or process system.
- Follow the prescribed scripts, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and quality guidelines.
- Meet assigned performance, attendance, productivity, and call-quality targets.
- Coordinate with Team Leaders and other team members to resolve customer issues.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduates are welcome.
- Freshers may apply.
- Candidates with up to 1 year of experience in customer service, BPO, voice processes,



or call centre operations are preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and the ability to learn CRM or calling software.
- Good verbal communication and listening skills.
- Qualified attitude, punctuality, patience, and willingness to learn.

Salary and Benefits

- Monthly salary: ₹11,000–₹14,000, depending on experience and suitability.
- Salary structure and applicable deductions will be explained during the selection process.

Working Conditions

- Work from the company's office in Misrod, Bhopal.
- Working hours: 8 working hours plus a 1-hour break, subject to the assigned shift schedule.
- Rotational shifts may apply depending on process requirements.
- Weekly offs and other employment conditions will be explained during the interview.
