Job Summary

Vacanza Developers is looking for a result-oriented Brand Leasing Executive to identify, approach, and onboard reputed national and regional brands for commercial properties and retail spaces. The candidate will be responsible for generating leasing opportunities, building brand relationships, negotiating commercial terms, and closing leasing deals.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach national and regional brands for commercial property leasing.
- Connect with retail brands, supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, banks, fashion outlets, and other corporate tenants.
- Generate leads and develop a database of prospective brands and their expansion teams.
- Understand brand requirements regarding location, carpet area, frontage, budget, and commercial terms.
- Present suitable commercial properties and coordinate site visits.
- Negotiate rentals, security deposits, lease tenure, lock-in periods, and other leasing terms.
- Coordinate with brand representatives, property owners, internal sales teams,



and the legal department.
- Follow up with prospective tenants and ensure timely closure of leasing deals.
- Maintain leasing pipeline, client databases, follow-up records, and daily/weekly reports.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and leasing targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline; a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Real Estate will be an advantage.
- 2–4 years of experience in Brand Leasing, Retail Leasing, Commercial Real Estate, or Business Development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
- Knowledge of commercial property leasing and rental agreements.
- Ability to connect with brand expansion teams and corporate decision-makers.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and CRM software.
- Target-oriented approach with robust follow-up and deal-closing abilities.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with existing contacts in retail brands, franchise businesses, supermarkets, restaurants, and corporate leasing teams will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
