- Independently handle HR operations for the manufacturing unit.
- Manage attendance, leave, payroll inputs, recruitment and onboarding.
- Handle PF, ESIC and statutory labour compliance.
- Maintain employee records, HR MIS and statutory registers.
- Handle employee grievances, discipline and day-to-day workforce issues.
- Coordinate with contract labour, plant departments and management.
- Support labour inspections, audits and compliance requirements.
Requirements:
- Graduate/MBA in HR preferred.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of PF, ESIC and labour laws.
- Experience in chemical/manufacturing/plant HR preferred.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to independently manage unit-level HR activities.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
