Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Zonal Academic Head to manage academic operations, monitor training quality, and coordinate with branch heads and trainers to ensure smooth functioning across the assigned zone.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor academic activities across multiple branches.
- Supervise trainers, faculty members, and academic coordinators.
- Ensure quality teaching, curriculum implementation, and timely syllabus completion.
- Monitor student performance, attendance, and feedback.
- Conduct regular branch visits and academic reviews.
- Coordinate with management to achieve academic goals.
- Organize faculty training and development programs.
- Prepare academic reports and suggest improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's,B.Ed or Master's degree SET NET OR PHD in a relevant field.
- Experience in academic management, education, or training operations.
- Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple branches and coordinate with different teams.
- Robust organizational and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Candidate
Candidates with experience in educational institutions, training institutes, or multi-branch academic operations are preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
