- Strong understanding of commercial vehicle mechanics and systems
- Excellent customer service skills, including active listening and transparent communication
- Ability to interpret technical information and work orders effectively
- Proficiency in dealership management systems for scheduling, work orders, and parts inventory
- Experience in the commercial vehicle industry is preferred
- Salesmanship skills to present repair options and promote additional services
