Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer cum Video Editor to join our team and create engaging visual content for our social media platforms, YouTube channels, websites, and digital marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of graphic design, video editing, storytelling, and social media trends. The role involves producing both short-form videos, such as Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and promotional clips, as well as long-form YouTube videos, travel documentaries, adventure films, and brand promotional videos.

The candidate will work closely with the digital marketing and content teams to develop high-quality visual content that strengthens our brand presence, engages audiences, and supports our marketing objectives across our adventure travel, motorcycle expeditions, hospitality, and related ventures.

Key Responsibilities

1. Video Editing & Production

- Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Reels, and other social media platforms.
- Edit long-form YouTube videos, travel vlogs, adventure documentaries, ride expedition videos, interviews, and promotional films.
- Create engaging video narratives using appropriate cuts, transitions, music, sound effects, colour correction, and colour grading.
- Convert raw footage from cameras, action cameras, drones, and mobile devices into polished, engaging videos.
- Add titles, subtitles, captions, motion graphics, animated elements, and other visual effects wherever required.
- Optimise videos for different platforms, aspect ratios, durations, and audience preferences.
- Maintain consistent video quality, storytelling standards, and brand identity across all channels.

2. Graphic Design & Creative Content

- Design social media posts, carousels, promotional creatives, banners, posters, thumbnails, advertisements, and website graphics.




- Create compelling YouTube thumbnails that improve visual appeal and encourage clicks.
- Develop creatives for marketing campaigns, tour promotions, events, offers, and brand awareness initiatives.
- Maintain consistent branding, typography, colour palettes, and visual styles across all company brands.
- Adapt existing designs into different formats and sizes for various digital platforms.

3. Social Media & YouTube Content

- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to plan and produce content calendars.
- Understand platform-specific content formats, trends, audience behaviour, and engagement strategies.
- Develop creative hooks and visual storytelling techniques to improve audience retention.
- Assist in repurposing long-form videos into multiple short-form videos and promotional assets.
- Ensure videos and graphics are delivered according to publishing schedules.
- Stay updated with emerging editing techniques, social media trends, and content creation tools.

4. Brand Collaboration

- Create content for the company's motorcycle expeditions, adventure travel experiences, trekking destinations, hospitality ventures, and associated brands.
- Work with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and translate ideas into effective visual content.
- Organise and maintain raw footage, project files, graphics, music assets, and final exports.
- Ensure all published content meets quality standards and applicable copyright and licensing requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1–3 years of experience in graphic design and video editing.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent tools.
- Working knowledge of graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator,



or Canva.
- Experience editing both short-form and long-form videos.
- Good understanding of video storytelling, pacing, transitions, sound design, colour correction, and colour grading.
- Ability to create attractive YouTube thumbnails and social media creatives.
- Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and their content specifications.
- Strong creative thinking, visual sense, attention to detail, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines.
- A portfolio demonstrating graphic design work and short-form and long-form video editing is required.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with travel, adventure, motorcycle, automotive, hospitality, or outdoor content.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation using Adobe After Effects or equivalent software.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted video editing, image generation, captioning, and creative production tools.
- Basic understanding of YouTube thumbnails, audience retention, and social media engagement.
- Experience working with drone footage, action-camera footage, and cinematic travel visuals.
