We are looking for a Purchase & Inventory Executive to manage the company's purchasing activities while closely monitoring warehouse operations, inventory levels, stock movements, and purchase documentation.

Experience: Freshers / Experienced
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or a related field with proficiency in MS Excel

Key Responsibilities

- Warehouse Management: Manage day-to-day warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, organizing, labelling, and issuing materials.
- Stock Maintenance: Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure physical stock matches system records and Google Sheets.
- Google Sheets Management: Regularly update stock registers, incoming and outgoing material trackers, stock balance sheets, and inventory reports.
- Material Receipt & Issue: Verify incoming materials against purchase orders, delivery challans, and invoices.



Record material receipts and ensure proper documentation of material issues.
- Inventory Monitoring: Monitor stock levels, identify shortages and excess stock, and inform the concerned team about replenishment requirements.
- Logistics Coordination: Arrange material pickups and deliveries with vendors, transporters, and courier agencies. Track shipments and ensure timely movement of materials.
- Purchase Coordination: Follow up with vendors regarding material availability, pending supplies, delivery schedules, and purchase orders.
- Documentation: Maintain GRNs, delivery challans, invoices, material issue records, and other inventory-related documents.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
