Position: AI Search, Digital Growth & Performance Marketing Manager

- Department: Marketing & Admissions

- Experience: 3–6 Years

- Preferred from: Education/EdTech, Digital Marketing sector

Job Objective

To independently enhance the institute’s digital brand visibility, discoverability across AI-powered search platforms, website performance, online reputation, social media reach, and quality student enquiries. The candidate must combine technical expertise, content strategy, AI search optimization, analytics and performance marketing to generate measurable admissions leads.

1. AI Search & Brand Visibility (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity)

2. Technical SEO & Website Optimization

3. Content Marketing, Blogs & Student Testimonials

4. Social Media & YouTube Optimization

5. Google Business Profile & Online Reputation

6. Google Ads & Performance Marketing

7. Lead Generation & Analytics

8. Influencer & Digital PR Marketing

Key Competencies Required

- Technical SEO, AEO & GEO

- Google Search Console, GA4





- Google Tag Manager, Google Ads

- WordPress/CMS, website audit, structured data, basic HTML/CSS

- Social media & YouTube SEO

- Conversion tracking & analytics

- AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity)

- Content creation & storytelling

- Paid campaigns & lead attribution

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 3–6 years of hands-on experience in digital growth marketing

- Strong analytical, technical, content & communication skills

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Proven track record of improving website traffic, SEO and conversions

- Portfolio of relevant campaigns / website work / SEO results
