Job Description

VRS Energy Solutions is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales Executive – Solar Energy to join our team in Ernakulam. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and sales skills, a willingness to work in the field, and an interest in the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new sales leads and identify potential customers for solar rooftop solutions.
- Conduct field visits to residential, commercial and industrial customers.
- Explain solar energy solutions, system benefits, pricing and available government subsidies.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with the technical team for surveys and quotations.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain customer relationships.
- Maintain daily sales reports, customer details and follow-up records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of customer orders.

Requirements





- Graduate or Diploma qualification preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in solar energy, electrical products or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel for field sales activities.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
