Job Title: Picker Packer
Department: Warehouse / Logistics
Reports To: Warehouse Supervisor

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Picker Packer to pick, check, pack, and label products accurately according to customer orders. The candidate will help ensure timely dispatch, inventory accuracy, and a clean and safe warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Pick products from shelves, racks, and storage locations according to order lists.
- Check product codes, quantities, and quality before packing.
- Pack, seal, and label products securely for shipment.
- Scan barcodes and update inventory records when required.
- Sort, arrange, and restock products in designated locations.
- Assist with loading, unloading, and dispatch activities.
- Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to the supervisor.




- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and follow safety procedures.
- Meet daily picking, packing, and productivity targets.

Qualifications and Skills

- Minimum 10th or 12th pass; requirements may vary by company.
- Freshers can apply; warehouse experience is an advantage.
- Basic reading, counting, and product identification skills.
- Attention to detail and good time management.
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
- Physical fitness to stand, walk, and handle packages during shifts.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, if required.

Pay: ₹8,300.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
