Our projects include web applications, mobile applications and technology-driven platforms designed to solve real-world problems. We are looking for a creative and capable UI/UX Designer who can transform product requirements and user problems into simple, intuitive and visually engaging digital experiences. This is a full-time position—not an internship or trainee role. Applicants must have at least one year of relevant UI/UX design experience and a portfolio demonstrating practical work.

Key Responsibilities
• Design user-friendly interfaces for mobile applications and responsive web platforms.
• Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, mock-ups and interactive prototypes.
• Translate business and product requirements into clear design solutions.
• Conduct user research and identify usability problems.
• Design and maintain reusable components, style guides and product design systems.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product stakeholders and QA team members.
• Prepare developer-ready designs with proper specifications, assets and responsive behaviour.
• Review implemented screens and provide feedback to ensure design accuracy.
• Improve existing product journeys based on user feedback, analytics and business requirements.
• Maintain consistency across typography, colours, layouts, components and interactions.
• Contribute ideas beyond visual design and help improve the overall product experience. Required Skills and Experience




• Minimum one year of professional UI/UX design experience.
• A strong portfolio containing mobile-app and web-platform design work.
• Robust proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, Auto Layout and interactive prototypes.
• Understanding of user-centred design principles and responsive design.
• Ability to create wireframes, user flows, prototypes and production-ready interfaces.
• Good understanding of typography, spacing, colour, hierarchy and accessibility.
• Ability to communicate design decisions clearly and accept constructive feedback.
• Ability to manage priorities and complete assigned work within agreed timelines.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn. Preferred Skills
• Experience designing SaaS, marketplace, recruitment or consumer-facing products.
• Experience working with developers and preparing design hand-offs.
• Familiarity with usability testing and user research.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS or front-end development constraints.
• Experience creating design systems for web and mobile products.
• Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or similar tools. Employment Details
• Working days: Monday to Friday, together with the first and third Saturday of each month.
• The role will initially be performed remotely from Delhi.
• The employee will be expected to transition to the Company’s Delhi office once the physical office becomes operational, following reasonable advance notice.
• Performance and compensation may be reviewed periodically based on contribution, improvement and Company requirements.
