Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage daily reports, maintain operational data, track collection performance, and support management in data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate should have good Excel skills, accuracy in data handling, and the ability to prepare timely reports. ??? ????????????????

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Track collection targets, actual collections, pending dues, and recovery performance.
- Maintain accurate records of customer accounts, payment status, and collection activities.
- Prepare collection efficiency reports and identify overdue accounts.
- Consolidate data received from field executives, collection teams, and other departments.
- Use Microsoft Excel to manage large datasets, trackers, dashboards, and performance reports.
- Verify data accuracy, identify discrepancies, and coordinate with concerned teams for corrections.




- Maintain records of collection executives' productivity and target achievements.
- Assist management with operational analysis and periodic performance updates.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure data confidentiality. ???????? ??????

- Valuable working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF formulas, SUMIF/SUMIFS, filters, and conditional formatting.
- Ability to prepare professional reports and dashboards.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and data-management skills.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of MS Word and email communication.

- Graduate in BBA, B.
Com, BCA, or any relevant discipline.
- Freshers with strong Excel and reporting skills may apply.
- Prior experience in MIS, finance, NBFC, lending, or collection operations will be preferred.
