Role Description This is a full time, on-site Co-Founder Entrepreneur role with investment, based in Coimbatore. The Co-Founder will collaborate on defining and executing overall business strategy, including market positioning, product portfolio expansion, and partnerships with farming communities and buyers. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing operations from sourcing to distribution, building and managing key supplier and customer relationships, and ensuring quality and sustainability standards are met. The role involves actively participating in financial planning, investment decisions, and fundraising activities,



as well as monitoring performance metrics and driving growth initiatives. The Co-Founder will also represent the company in stakeholder meetings, promote brand visibility, and help build a strong team and culture aligned with JusPnCorp’s mission. Qualifications
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset, with experience in building or scaling businesses, preferably in agriculture, food supply chain, or FMCG.
• Demonstrated ability in business strategy, operations management, and stakeholder relationship building.
• Financial acumen, including investment readiness, budgeting, and understanding of unit economics and profitability.
• Knowledge of agricultural markets, farmer networks, or rural supply chains is highly beneficial.
• Effective communication, negotiation, and leadership skills to work with farmers, partners, and internal teams.
• Willingness to make a capital investment and take shared responsibility for business risks and rewards.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Agriculture, Supply Chain, or a related field; relevant entrepreneurial or industry experience may substitute formal education.
• Ability to work on-site in Coimbatore, travel to farming communities, and engage directly with local stakeholders.
