Role Description The Human Resources Manager will oversee the full spectrum of HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, managing attendance and payroll coordination with relevant teams, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards. The role involves supporting workforce planning, maintaining HR records, handling grievance resolution, and promoting a positive, protected, and inclusive workplace culture. The Human Resources Manager will collaborate closely with management and department heads to align HR initiatives with business objectives, support training and development efforts,



and drive engagement programs. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot. Qualifications

• Relevant experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced HR certifications are an advantage.
• Proficiency in HR software and MS Office, with comfort working in an on-site, team-oriented environment.
