Role Description The Quality Department Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Dera Bassi. This role is responsible for monitoring and controlling product quality across production lines, conducting routine inspections and tests, and documenting results in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements. The specialist will perform internal quality audits, investigate non-conformities, support root-cause analysis, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions. Day-to-day activities include maintaining quality records,



collaborating with production and maintenance teams to resolve quality issues, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The role also involves preparing quality reports, assisting in training team members on quality procedures, and contributing to the implementation and enhancement of quality management systems. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support problem-solving in quality-related issues.
• Candidates should possess Quality Control skills, including experience with inspections, testing procedures, and monitoring production processes.
• Candidates should possess Quality Assurance skills to help maintain and improve quality systems, standards, and documentation.
• Candidates should possess Quality Auditing skills for conducting internal audits, reporting findings, and assessing compliance with procedures.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, prepare reports, and support training on quality practices.
• Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field, and experience in packaging or manufacturing environments are beneficial.
• Familiarity with ISO or similar quality management standards, basic knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements, and proficiency with MS Office and quality documentation tools are an advantage.
