Role Description This full time, on-site Quality Engineer role is based in Delhi, India. The Quality Engineer is responsible for overseeing product and process quality throughout the production lifecycle, including developing and implementing quality plans, conducting inspections, and monitoring compliance with internal standards and external regulations. Daily activities include reviewing specifications, performing root cause analysis for quality issues, supporting corrective and preventive actions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as production, R&D;, and supply chain. The role also involves maintaining documentation, participating in audits, and continuously improving quality systems to enhance reliability, safety, and customer satisfaction.



Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in Quality Engineering and Quality Management to design, implement, and optimize quality systems and processes.
• Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control to perform inspections, testing, and measurement of products and components.
• Candidates should possess skills in Quality Assurance to develop procedures, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Candidates should possess skills related to Product Quality to monitor performance, analyze defects, and drive improvements across the product lifecycle.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• Experience with quality tools and methodologies (e.g., CAPA, root cause analysis, statistical process control, FMEA) is beneficial.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly in written and spoken English.
• Familiarity with healthcare, medical devices, or regulated industries is an advantage.
